On Monday, the correspondent of Afrinpost in Mabata / Ma’batli district, revealed new details about the circumstances of the kidnapping of five Kurdish citizens, including a woman, in “Jouqeh / Juwaiq” village, their current places of detention as well as those responsible for the kidnapping.
The correspondent said that a group of “Al-Hamzeh” militia militants stormed on September 6, 2018, at five in the morning, the homes of the five Kurdish citizens in the village and kidnapped each of (Muhammad Manla Muhammad bin Abdul Karim 42 years old – Abdul Mannan Manla Muhammad bin Taher 65 years old – Taher Manla Mohammed bin Abdul Manan, 23 years old.
The reporter added that the armed group, which was led by both a militant called (Ahmed Zakour and Abu Abdo al-Bushi), attacked the elderly Abdul Karim, the father of the kidnapee, Muhammad Manla Muhammad) and fired bullets between his feet and forced him into his room after his attempt to repel the militants and prevent them from kidnapping his son.
The reporter confirmed that the armed group affiliated to the militia of the “Al-Hamzeh squad” was coming from the village of “Dargire” of the district, where both (Rokan Manla Muhammad, daughter of Abdul Mannan, 27 years old and her husband Kawa Jamal Omar, 35 years old) were kidnapped from their house in the village, and then the militia returned to “Jouqeh / Juwaiq” village, to complete the kidnapping of the rest Rokan’s family, who are her brother and her father.
The reporter indicated that the group then went directly to the house of Farid Sheikh Hamo in the same village, and kidnapped his two sons, who are (Aref Farid Sheikh Hamo 21 years old and Muhammad Farid Sheikh Hamo 22 years old) and all the kidnapees were drove to the headquarters in Afrin, in the former Asayish building, they held them there for 17 days, and then transferred the men to Al-Zira’a Prison in the city of Al-Bab, while Rokan Manla Muhammad appeared in the video that was published after Al-Ghouta settlers broke into the headquarters of “Al-Hamzeh Squad” in the city of Afrin, where it was found that she were during the past period in the prison of the militia headquarters.
The reporter, citing his sources, noted that the families of the kidnapped from the Manla family visited Al-Zira’a prison in the city of Al-Bab earlier, and confirmed that all the kidnapped are still there until today.
The village of (Jouqeh / Juwaiq) witnessed the kidnapping of the Kurdish young man, “Hussein Amin Bin Anis / 35 years old and with special needs” and his fate is still unknown until today.
