Occupation militias takes over tens of thousands of dollars from a settler’s exchange office after assaulting him south of Afrin

Gunmen from the Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood, known as the “Syrian National Army”, assaulted a settler money exchanger and stole thousands of dollars from him on Friday, after intercepting him on his way from Afrin to the city of Atarib, according to “Afrinpost” reporter in the Shirawa district.

The reporter stated that gunmen of the occupation militias intercepted the settler’s road, Ali Darwish, who is a resident of Atarib / west of Aleppo, while he was heading to Atarib city, in the area between the villages of Basuta and Ghazawiya, and beat him severely, and then took over an tens of thousands of dollars in addition to his car.

The correspondent indicated that the area where the armed robbery took place is under the control of the militia of “Al-Hamzeh squad” and the “Failaq Al-Sham” militia.

Meanwhile, a media site loyal to the Turkish occupation accused an armed group of the “Failaq Al-Sham” militia led by “Hazem Nuri” residing in the village of Ghazawiya, of carrying out the armed robbery against the settler, indicating that he was kidnapped, and that 225 thousand dollars were taken over from him.

In the context, on the eighteenth of May, the Afrinpost correspondent in the Bulbul / Balbalah district reported that an armed militia from the Sultan Murad squad had two days ago stole a money exchange shop in the town of Kutana / Kutanli .

The reporter pointed out at the time that the gunman robbed 2,700 Turkish liras and 1,100 US dollars, in addition to 400,000 Syrian pounds.
