“Afrinpost” learned from its sources that the so-called (Afrin City Council) recently held a meeting with the leaders of the occupation militias (National Army – Military Police – Civil Police – Turkish Intelligence).
It resulted in a pledge by the militia of the “Syrian National Army” not to interfere in civilian matters, provided that the first party provides for the dismissal of all Kurdish employees in its institutions, especially those who previously worked in previous “autonomous-management” institutions established by the people of Afrin during the years from 2014 to 2018.
The sources confirmed that the head of the Occupation Council, called “Muhammad Saeed Suleiman”, pledged at the meeting to dismiss all Kurdish employees who previously worked for the “autonomous-administration”, within a specified period of “two months” from the date of the end of the meeting.
In addition, an armed militia from the “Civil Police” militia, who are from Homs attacked last Tuesday Kurdish employees of the Afrin Water Company, assaulting them with rude and racist language, but the building’s guards helped the armed man to flee after the company’s manager asked to arrest him.
