Islamic militias steal crops and agricultural equipments from northern Syria

Afrinpost

Yesterday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed that the militias of the “Mu’tasim Squad” of the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood, which occupies the “Daudiya Mulla Suleiman” area in Abu Rasen countryside in northern Syria, stole the diesel engines that were used to pump water and water agricultural projects.

The observatory said that “these stolen equipments are collected from one of the agricultural projects of a Christian immigrant for years, and his project is managed by a person who colluded with the pro-Turkish factions,” and added that these militias plunder wheat crops in the areas of the Battle of “Spring of Peace” to sell in Turkey.

The Syrian Observatory stated that militias are demanding the owners of those Christian agricultural projects owners to return to their villages in return for a fine, as this is done through mediators from the people of the region, while owners of lands and agricultural projects refuse to return for fear for their lives.

The Syrian Observatory monitored last May that the Islamic militias continued their seizure of agricultural crops from citizens in Al-Hasakah countryside, as crops were seized in the villages of Bairir, Qasimiya and Mahmudiyah, located within the region between Abu Rasen (Zarkan) and Tel Tamr.
