Afrini young married couple dies in Gawilan camp fire

A young couple from the occupied area of ​​Afrin, died, at dawn yesterday, Tuesday, in a fire cought their tent in Gawilan camp, in Dohuk city, Kurdistan region of Iraq.

A relative of the victims told “Afrinpost” that the young man, “Farhad Hassan Bakr”, born in 1999, and his wife, Fulla Imad Osu, born in 2005, lost their lives after a fire broke out in their tent, while investigations are still ongoing about the causes of the fire.

The source added that after their displacement from Afrin by the Turkish occupation and its Islamic militia affiliated to the Muslim Brotherhood, the two youths lived in the city of Kobani, but that after the Turkish forces and their militia launched armed attacks on the city of Serekaniye and Gri Spi / Tel Abyad about 9 months ago, they went to the Kurdistan region and they ended up in Gawilan camp near Dohuk.

The source pointed out that “Farhad Hassan Bakr” is one of the people of the village of “Raja”, of “Mobata / Ma’batli” district, and his wife, “Fulla Imad Osu”, is a resident of the village of “Ghazawiyeh”, of Shirawa district.
