The Afrinpost correspondent said that the militia of “Sultan Murad Brigade” removed the Bahar Relief Society from the task of managing the water plant in the village of “Quta / Qutanli” in the “Bulbula / Bulbul” district, and get its hand on it to run the plant in its favor instead.
The reporter added that the militia intends to run the station and collect the bills for its own benefit, by imposing an amount of four thousand Syrian pounds on each house in the villages that the plant feeds.
The “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia stormed the center of the relief association, on the twenty-sixth of this month, and beat its manager and a number of employees, forcing them to leave the headquarters and seizing it.
Several sources confirmed that the reason for the incident was due to the organization’s refusal to open the surveillance cameras of the center, to verify a minor sabotage incident of a house near the center of the organization, inhabited by a leader from the “Ahrar Al-Sharqiya militia.”
