The militants of the Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood and their settler families continue to seize the properties of the indigenous people, by armed force and coercion, in the occupied Kurdish region of Afrin in the north and east of Syria.
In the context, the Afrinpost reporter at the Afrin Center took pictures showing the so-called “Economic Office” of the “Al-Shamiya Front” militia numbering commercial stores in the city of Afrin, in order to impose royalties on them.
The correspondent pointed out that all the shops in the Ashrafieh neighborhood, and the militia’s “Al-Shamiya Front” militia’s control areas in the city center, who are being opened by their real owners, royalties will be imposed on them, while the militia will lease the stores belonging to the Kurdish displaced people to get benefit from them.
It is known that Afrin and its villages have been divided into sectors, in which every militia has a control on theft, robbery, and seizure of the property of the people of Afrin and share them with their members or settlers from the families of these militants.
The Kurdish region of Afrin is still suffering, since the military occupation on the eighteenth of March 2018, as a result of the violations of the Islamic militias under the supervision and planning of the Turkish occupation, where the armed militias known as the “Free Army” and “National Army” seize the property of the people in their sectors claiming that they are spoils obtained in the battle of Afrin!
