Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood continue to use kidnapping and arrest as a means of blackmail, pressure and restrictions on the remaining Kurdish indigenous people in the occupied Afrin region, with the aim of expelling them from their homes for the benefit of Islamic settlers loyal to them from various conflict areas in Syria.
In the context, today, Tuesday, the militia “Al-Shamiya Front”, whose majority of its members are from the northern countryside of Aleppo, stormed, a building in the north of the industrial zone, to kidnap a Kurdish young man from Maydono called “Nidal”, who apparently could hide from the gunmen.
In order to get revenge on the young man, the gunmen deliberately brought cars and seized his household property, as the group was led by the so-called “Abu Ali”, accompanied by 6 masked gunmen.
This is a reminder of the violations which the Kurdish people suffer from during the Syrian regime prior to the year 2011, where the Islamic militias use reprisals toget the wanted people, within their gang mentality, in light of the security chaos, the absence of law and the dominance of Jungle law.
