Afrinpost – Special
The fate of three Kurdish citizens is still unknown, who were kidnapped about two years ago in Raju district, by the Islamic militias of the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood, on charges of working for the institutions of the former self-administration, according to the correspondent of the “Afrinpost”.
The reporter stated that both citizens, Mohamad Sheikho (67 years old), Mustafa Ahmu (40 years old) and Mrs. Hikmat Baku (60 years old), were taken from their homes in the village of Chaqmaqe Mazn / Jakmaq Kabir) about a year and ten months ago by Islamic militias known as the “Syrian National Army” , And that charge was working in the village Comin (Service Local Council).
The reporter confirmed that the elderly, “Mohamed Sheikho” had been released for a short period of time, and during the period of his abduction, he witnessed severe torture, but the militias kidnapped him for a second time despite his poor health status.
The correspondent added that those close to the kidnapped said that they are more likely to be in a prison inside Turkish territory, according to judicial rulings of five years without being able to confirm these reports.
Islamic militias rely on kidnapping as a means of obtaining money, which is one of the methods they followed since the beginning of the occupation of Afrin, while the Turkish occupation supervises these operations as one of the methods of displacing the Kurds and preventing the displaced from returning.
