The Afrinpost correspondent in the occupied Kurdish region of Afrin, said that the Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood continue to abuse the indigenous people who remained on their land, as part of their efforts to displace them and settle in their lands.

In this context, a joint patrol of the Turkish occupation intelligence and the “civilian police” militia affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood yesterday launched a campaign of arrests in the village of “Trinda / Al-Zarifa”, targeting a number of Kurdish citizens, under the pretext of performing the duty of self-defense within the “Self-Defense Forces” Previously, according to the reporter.

The reporter emphasized that the campaign launched by the Turkish occupation forces resulted in the arrest of four Kurdish citizens, including (Muhammad Muhammad Hamaka and Hannan Qaddo), noting that one of them was released and the rest are still arrested.

The Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood militants argue that the Kurdish youth in Afrin performed compulsory service as part of the duty of self-defense or advocacy for self-management, in order to kidnap the young men and receive financial ransoms in exchange for their release.

On January 22, the “Political Security” militia affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood and the Turkish occupation kidnapped the citizen, Aref Sheikho Sheikho, 31 years old, after his house was raided in the village of “Qarah Tepah”, of the “Shara / Sharan” district, on charges of performing a duty Self-defense during the era of “self-management.”

In early January, the militia (the civilian police) of the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood kidnapped six Kurdish citizens in the village of “Bulbulah / Belbul” countryside on charges of serving within the “Self-Defense Forces” as part of their efforts to extort financially and restrict them with the aim of defaming and emptying the region of its residents The original Kurds, and the Afrinpost reporter said at the time that the “Civil Police” militia arrested on January 7, each of the citizens (Mahmoud Omar, Ibish Zakaria Rasho, Jamal Muhammad Dino, Mirvan Muhammad Dino, Muhammad Mamo Sheikho, and Muhammad Khlo Rashid ) He added that the militia released the citizens (Mahmoud Omar, Muhammad Sheikho and Muhammad Rashid) after paying a fine of 100,000 Syrian pounds while the rest of the detainees are still in detention, adding that the fate of the son of the citizen Mahmoud Omar (Farhad) is still unknown, as he was kidnapped in the early days of the occupation of the Kurdish region of Afrin in March 2018.

In the district of Jenderis District, on February 9, a patrol of the “Civil Police” militia arrested Ali Abdo Eesek while working as a barber in the district, on charges of performing the duty of self-defense during the period of self-administration, and he was transferred to the Central Prison in Maarateh.
