On Sunday morning, the Turkish occupation and its Islamic militias affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood resumed bombing the villages of the Shirawa and “Shara\ Sharan” districts in the eastern countryside of the occupied Kurdish Afrin region, resulting in great material damage to the property of the people.
The Afrinpost correspondent in the region said that the Turkish occupation and its militias fired dozens of shells at the villages of Kafr Antoun, Irshadiya, Alalqamiya, Malikiyah, Maranaz, Shawaragha, Taneb, Kachtaar, Tat Marsh and Aqeeba in the eastern countryside of occupied Afrin.
The correspondent added that five shells landed on the village of “Soganakeh / Sogana” in the district of Shirawa, causing the death of forty heads of livestock belonging to citizens “Golin Sabri Barakat” and “Iso Jamil Barakat”, in addition to the damage of a number of houses in the village.
The Turkish bombardment also affected the city of Tal Rifaat in the Shahba regions, while the Turkish Brotherhood repeated bombing the countryside of Afrin under the control of the “Afrin Liberation Forces” and the Syrian regime in Shahba and Shirawa, from time to time, and in the context, three children were injured on the twenty-first of November 2019, The city of Tal Rifaat, due to an artillery bombardment carried out by the Turkish occupation on the area, where one of the shells fell near the outer wall of a primary school, which resulted in the slight injury of the three children.
Tens of thousands of displaced people of Afrin live in the villages of Shahba and Shirawa, who were displaced of their land under the barrage of Turkish bombing and crimes committed by the militants of Islamic militias.
