Afrinpost – Special
Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood who are known as the (Syrian National Army / Free Army) intent to fabricate clashes between each other, with the aim of creating confusion and putting more pressure on Kurdish civilians, under the supervision of Turkish intelligence, to have to leave their land and reach a more comprehensive demographic change than what It is currently in place in the former Kurdish autonomous region of Afrin, northern Syria.
In this context, the Afrinpost reporter at the Afrin Provincial Center recorded that 3 gunmen from the “Military Police” militia (from groups affiliated with the “Shamiya militia”) were wounded in clashes between the militias of the “Sultan Murad Brigade” and the “Shamiya Front” with light weapons On Thursday and Friday, in the old neighborhood of Afrin.
The reporter indicated that the militia of the “Sultan Murad Brigade” is calling for the head of the so-called Muhammad Hamadeen, nicknamed “Abu Riyadh”, who is the head of the so-called “Military Police” branch in Afrin.
The militia of the “Military Police” of the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood had killed Al-Shishani, a senior leader in the militia of the Sultan Murad militia, in light of a major security alert announced by the militia and the militia’s security militia Al-Shamiya Front in the vicinity of “Kawa Roundabout” in the center of the occupied Kurdish Afrin region, northern Syria.
The militia, led by the “Shishani”, controls dozens of shops and apartments in the old Afrin neighborhood in the area between the Jihan Hospital and the Mannan pharmacy.
On February 23, the Afrinpost correspondent in the Kurdish regional center of Afrin, said that the militia “Sultan Murad” retaliated against the killing of the so-called “ Shishani ” militia by the militia of the “Military Police” militia and killed two militants.
The reporter confirmed that the two dead militants are from the southern countryside of Aleppo, while the “Military Police” militants continue to adhere to their headquarters for fear of additional reprisals in light of the threats launched by the “Sultan Murad” militia against them, as well as against the “Shamiya Front” militia, many of whose militants belong in “Military police, while the reasons that led to the killing of the leader in the militia of“ Sultan Murad ”are not clear yet.
Since the occupation of Afrin, the Islamic militias under the supervision of the Turkish occupation divided the villages and areas of Afrin into sectors, where a certain militia stationed in each sector, and monopolized for itself the seizure of the property of the displaced Kurds, the theft of their property and their homes.
However, the disagreement of these militias over their shares of stolen goods, influence, and barriers, in many cases, leads them to carry out bombings against their competitors, attributed to ISIS or the Kurdish forces, or the clash between them, which is repeated in other areas occupied by militants from Jarablus to Azaz.
