A news source said that Majeed’s kidnapping followed the oil merchants in Raju were summoned by the economic office of the “Ahrar Al-Sharqia Militia” led by the called “Abu Hatim” and his brother “Abu Omar”, in which they demanded that the merchants to obtain a license from the so-called “Economic Office” For the militia, after paying $ 10,000 USD.

In addition to obliging the merchants via a written commitment to pay a tax on the amount of oil tanks from the lands of the district equivalent to a value of 20% of the total value, and limit the sales of oil with the merchant Tamer Kreidi and his agents in the city of Afrin and the district of Jenderes, and the militia, according to the activists, threatened the merchants if they Violating these instructions or lodging a complaint to the occupation authorities.

According to the available information, Saeed expressed his dissatisfaction and rejection of these conditions, for a group of armed militia “Al-Sharqia” led by the so-called “Abu Al-Nur” kidnapped him on the sixth of November 2019, and he had $ 20 thousand dollars with him.

While The village of Atmana page on Facebook said that the murdered person was kidnapped in a previously well-considered way, while returning from the city of Afrin to his home, and they stopped him and kidnapped him for months, he had $ 20,000 of the oil trade capital, where they demanded his family with another $ 20,000, and it was paid to them .
