On this day, after a few hours from now, specifically at four o’clock in Afrin time, the Turkish occupation army and legions of Islamic extremists who identified themselves as the “Syrian National Army” affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, began their brutal invasion of the Kurdish region of Afrin in northern Syria, in order to prevent the Kurds there from acquiring their rights, and enjoying them like other human beings in managing themselves.
And it is going through a difficult day for the Afrinis, who were fully aware from the first hour of the start of the invasion, that the goal is not a specific party, but a people as a whole, as Ankara could not expand the presence of the Kurdish people on its historical land in Afrin, which was the largest populated area for the Kurds west of the Euphrates, after that, over the past 100 years of Ankara, the occupation managed to dissolve and leave most of the Kurdish areas west of the Euphrates in Turkey, and therefore it was not pleasant for it except to pay the precious in order to erase the Kurds from Afrin.
And Turkey had what I wanted through a dirty deal with Russia, through which it ceded through its tools in what is called “the Syrian opposition”, a wide range of areas that were under its control, concentrated in the countryside of Damascus, the northern countryside of Homs, the northern countryside of Hama, the Idlib countryside, east of the Hejaz railway, and Abu Dhuhur Military Airport and other, the number of areas that Turkey ceded in favor of Russia, prove the importance of Afrin in relation to the Turkish occupation, as he was ready to lose all its cards in the Syrian war in exchange for acquiring the Kurdish region, to change his demography and erase the Kurds from it.
Turkey’s attempts to acquire Afrin were not limited to the period of the Syrian war. In the 1930s, Ankara established the Meridian movement in Afrin, in order to promote the inclusion of Afrin to Turkey.
After only two years, the falsehood of all these allegations was proven to the whole world, and events and facts in northern Syria and Libya proved that terrorism has one source represented in the Ankara regime and the Muslim Brotherhood organization which represents a hatchery for terrorist groups shaded with bright names such as (Free and National), but its reality, it is terrorism, slavery, and the service of the Turkish occupation ambitions, which was uttered only yesterday by a leader of the “National Army”, who said that they serve the Ottoman caliphate, exposing their lies and exposing the falsehood of their claim, and he himself was one of the participants in the invasion of Afrin.
During this two years, the Turkish occupation succeeded in displacing 75% of the indigenous Kurdish population of Afrin, which represented the essence of the Turkish goal, and also transferred its experience in the demographic change in Afrin to the areas of eastern Euphrates in Gire Spi / Tal Abyad, and Sere Kaniye / Ras Al-Ain, and applied it there, too.
Not only that, but it took advantage of the international silence on its crimes against humanity, which it commits in the eyes of the world and its hearing, in the event of suspicion and doubts about the credibility of all international institutions, so it began sending its extremist militants from the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood militia to Libya.
