The Culture and Art Authority of Afrin region is preparing, in coordination with the Culture and Art Movement, to launch the fourth season of the “Mitan” theater festival, which is scheduled to start on the 25th of this month. Where the authority is preparing to organize the Mitan Festival, after it has renovated a theater for presentations in Al-Ahdath area in Al-Shahba district with little potential and conditions of displacement that the people suffer from.
According to Hawar News Agency, the preparations for the festival, to be shown on the 25th of this month, will include daily rehearsals for the members participating in the festival.The performances are based on 10 theatrical performances: “The Golden Crown (Taca Zêrîn), it was just a joke (Tenê henek bu), Olympiad (Olombiyed), scream (Qêrîn), Tarif Haidu (êkenuka HeydoB), the birdless room (Odey bê Çuk) Tu bı xêr hatî Cuhe, Nasreen (Nesrîn), Derwîşê Ebdê, black stripes (Xetên Reş) ”.

In the fourth season, Mitan Festival differs from the rest of the seasons in previous years, due to the atmosphere of displacement and violations practiced by the Turkish occupation army and the militants of Islamic militias affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, from the constant bombing and siege imposed on the Shahba.
