The reporter said that the occupation council wants to collect a tax of / 16 / thousand Syrian pounds from each house, under the pretext of securing the expenses of fuel and repair the well of “Quta”, which supplies the three villages with water, although the Bahar Relief Society is responsible for operating the well and pay its costs under a contract six months.
On November 7, the nearby village of Quta witnessed a quarrel between two students in Quta-Bulbul preparatory school, where the father of one of the gunmen of Sultan Murad came to the school and assaulted the native math teacher Hassan Alu.
