Nine gunmen from the Al-Hamza Brigade militia were killed on Friday in an attack by the Afrin Liberation Forces on a military post in Kemar village of Sherawa district of Afrin.
The correspondent of “Afrin Post” reported that the “Afrin liberation forces” managed to infiltrate into one of the military points near the village “Basouta” of Sherawa district, where violent clashes erupted between them and militants of “Hamza.”
The correspondent added that the fighters of the “Afrin Liberation” targeted during the attack the military point with several rocket-propelled grenades, killing nine militants and wounding seven others.
Following the painful strike, the Hamza Brigade militia shelled the surrounding villages of Beneh and Sagunaka in Sherawa, in response to the AFF attack on one of their points between Jabal Al Ahlam and Basouta.
Also, the “Afrin Liberation Forces” targeted military points of the Turkish occupation militias in the countryside of Azaz, without receiving any reports of casualties.
Six gunmen from the Waqas Brigade militia were killed and nine others wounded early Thursday, following a rocket attack by the Afrin Liberation Forces on military checkpoints in the Twis Front east of Marea city in northern Aleppo countryside.
The “Afrin Liberation Forces” have stepped up attacks on Islamist militia outposts in Afrin countryside and the whole of northern Aleppo countryside since the Turkish invasion began on the autonomous areas of northern and eastern Syria.
