Masked gunmen belonging to the faylak al-Sham militia affiliated with Turkish occupation on Friday morning looted civilians in at the Qassim/Qêsim village Junction as they went to the market in the town of Rajo to buy the funeral needs and household necessities.
The source explained that the masked gunmen handcuffed and blindfolded these civilians and drove them to the well building of the village of “Kela/Kêla” in the area of Bilbul /Bilbilê, and they looted all their money, which amounted to 500,000 Syrian pounds and telephones, as well as looting the “modern Hyundai” which is owned Mohamed Salah Saydo.
The source confirmed that Mohamed Salah Saydo, a “driver” from the village of Qotan, was heading to Rajo to bring the funeral needs of his father two days ago, and other victims are from the villages of Qotan, Gawrika and Kela. In earlier times, it is known that the area was marked by similar banditry and looting.
