The human rights organization in Afrin (occupied by Turkish occupation and islamic militias), which is concerned with the monitoring of violations of the Turkish occupation and Islamic militias revealed on Tuesday, some violations and abuses in the area of Shara/Şera.
The organization said in a report to AFRINPOST that the Islamist militias occupying the village of “Qaratape” had cut around 60 olive trees (random pieces: whole tree pieces, half of them or large branches) from several olive field owned by several people. It also added that the occupied militias in the village of Mashale \ Meşalê, led by Nasser Nahar from the Sultan Murad militia, randomly cut 500 olive trees in the village Junction owned by the Agricultural Cooperative Association for decades.
It also mentioned that the settlers in the village of Kharbe Shara/Xirabî Şera had cut 32 olive trees from the land between the village of Kharbe Shara/Xirabî Şera and Qatme/Qitmê and brought it to the village of Kharbe Shara/Xirabî Şer and attempted to deport it, but the owner of the trees lodged a complaint to the police Islamic militia in Shara/Şera, which shared the car loading with the settlers and left them, arguing t they claimed that they had bought firewood from a peasant.
It assured that the gunmen of Abu Bassam, a “Ahrar alsharqia” islamic militia, have cut off tons of forest trees around the town of Shara/Şera, accusing police militias and the Turkish occupation of collaborating with the perpetrators.
According to the organization, the militants of the ” Liwa AL-Harb/War Brigade”, which occupies the town of Shara/Şera, are cutting the forest trees and selling the ton by 12,000 SYP, reminding that the price of a wood ton at least of 30000 SYP in normal cases.
