Khaled Jameel Nabo, a Kurdish civilian from the village of Kimare in the Shara district, was killed yesterday, December 24, by unidentified gunmen on the road between Nubl city and the village of Ziyara in the Sherawa district of northern Aleppo.
According to our correspondent, unknown gunmen intercepted Khaled’s vehicle on the dirt road connecting Nubl city and Ziyara village in the Shara district, opening fire and fatally shooting him in the chest. The incident occurred as he was returning from Nubl city to the Ziyara village after receiving a financial remittance. The assailants stole his money and fled in an unknown direction.
It’s worth noting that Khaled Jameel Nabo was the sole provider for his family, consisting of four children, in addition to his mother and sister. They were forcibly displaced from their village, Kimare, and have been residing in the village of Borj Al-Qas since the occupation of the Afrin region on March 18, 2018.
