Intense clashes broke out in the early hours of today, June 21st, between the Afrin Liberation Forces and militias affiliated with the “National Army” on the Bênê\ Abbin axis. The clashes occurred as the “National Army” militias attempted a failed infiltration into the village of Abbin, which is located in the Shara sub-district of occupied Afrin.
According to our correspondent, fighters from the Afrin Liberation Forces opened heavy machine gun fire on the “National Army” militia members, forcing them to retreat amid reports of casualties among their ranks.
Furthermore, our exclusive sources confirmed yesterday, June 20th, that the “National Army” militias have started to evacuate their military positions in the villages of Kafr Jannah, Kafr Mazza, Maryameen, Mareskeh, and are heading towards the frontlines with the Shahba region in northern Aleppo countryside.
