Turkish soldier killed and 8 others injured in Syrian regime’s shelling on Kaljibrin, northern Aleppo

A soldier of the Turkish army was killed and 8 others were injured, some of them seriously, today, Sunday, as the Syrian regime’s army targeted with more than 25 rocket-propelled grenades a base of the Turkish army in the village of Kaljibrin in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

Our reporter stated that fire was seen erupting inside the Turkish base as a result of the fall of one of the missiles on an ammunition depot, as a result of being targeted by the Syrian regime army with artillery and missile shelling.

The targeting came the day after the Turkish forces shelled the vicinity of the villages and towns of Tel Rifaat, Harbel, Umm Al Hosh, Ain Digna, Menagh Military Airport, Mara’anaz and Abbin with more than 50 rocket and artillery shells launched from their bases in Azaz and Marea.

Our repoeter added that Iranian drone targeted today, points of the Turkish-backed “National Army” militia on the Azaz axis in the northern countryside of Aleppo, where no information was revealed on the losses so far.

It is worth noting that five soldiers of the Turkish army and four members of the “National Army” militia were injured yesterday, Saturday, in the Syrian regime’s shelling of the Turkish base in the village of Anab in the occupied countryside of Afrin.
