The pro-Turkey “Political Security” militias arrested, last Thursday, June 23, the citizen “Muhammad Hamid” (46 years old), from the village of Kurzele/ Qurzyhel, on charges of dealing with the former Autonomous Administration in Afrin.
According to our reporter, the “Political Security” was not satisfied with the accusation of dealing with the Autonomous Administration only, but also charged him of having a brother belonging to the Afrin Liberation Forces and considered him a direct reason for his arrest.
About 47 people have been arrested and kidnapped in the occupied region of Afrin since the beginning of June 2022 by the Turkish authorities, while official statistics have reached 332 people in Afrin alone since the beginning of 2022, including 12 children, 7 women and 107 patients, of whom 89 are in a bad healthy state, and they need urgent medical intervention, according to the Violations Documentation Center in Syria.
