On Monday afternoon, a military vehicle belonging to Turkish-backed militia hit a Kurdish child in al-Ashrafieh neighborhood in the occupied Afrin region in northern Syria, killing him and then fled.
“In details, a speeding military vehicle hit the child (Murad Mazloum Muhammad, 6 years old) in al-Ashrafieh neighborhood, which led to his death immediately, indicating that the military vehicle ran over him then fled the scene.” Our correspondent explained.
“The body of the deceased child was transferred to his village, “Keferdelê cêrin” in Jenderes district, to be buried last evening due to the ban imposed on the region due to the spread of the Corona virus, adding that the family of the deceased child did not file a lawsuit against the perpetrator, for fear of being subjected to retaliatory measures as it has always been. The armed men should do so if the victims objected to their actions since the occupation of the Kurdish region.” The correspondent aded.
