The Turkish occupation authorities turned the house of a Kurdish citizen into a hospital in the center of the occupied Afrin region in northern Syria, after seizing it.
According to the site “Baladi News” affiliated with the Turkish occupation, the “Al Mahaba” hospital was opened on Thursday the 17th of December, and it is a hospital specializing in children’s diseases, indicating that the hospital was opened in partnership between “Qatar Charity” and “Syria Relief and Development”.
afrinpost correspondent at the center of the occupied Kurdish region did not say that the hospital was opened in the home of the children of “Osman Agha,” who are from the village of Jelber / Rubaria, but has been living for a long time in the village of Trenda, adjacent to al-Ashrafieh neighborhood in the center of Afrin.
The reporter added that “al-Shamiya Front” militia affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood organization, used to seize the house, and then armed men from Eastern al-Ghouta took control of it and opened a kindergarten in it, but the Turkish occupation authorities recently turned it into a hospital for children under Qatari – Turkish sponsorship.
The house / hospital is located on “Trenda” road, at the Termanini quarry junction, which is located before Hakim Building in al-Ashrafieh neighborhood.
The correspondent indicated that the sons of the elderly Osman Agha, residing in the village of Trenda, filed a complaint with the occupation authorities to recover their home, but they refused to hand over their owners.
It is noteworthy that many charitable and relief organizations and societies associated with Qatar and the Muslim Brotherhood organization, in addition to Turkish organizations, entered Afrin region after the occupation, to consecrate settlement in it by supporting and empowering settlers by implementing development projects and building settlement villages, mosques and religious schools, with the aim of striking the historical identity of the occupied Kurdish region .
