A gunman from the “Sultan Murad Division” militia affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood was killed on Monday, and a number of others were injured due to the explosion of a sticky device planted by unknown persons in their car, while they were parked at the door of the militia’s headquarters at the entrance to the town of “Sharan”.
The correspondent of “Afrinpost” in the district center said that the explosion killed a gunman from the city of Homs, and wounded 3 other militants who were guards at the headquarters, pointing out that the militia headquarters was a press, which the militia had seized and turned into a military headquarters.
Ankara has made Afrin a center for collecting, training and sending mercenaries from the Syrian Brotherhood militia, to Libya and then to Azerbaijan, while some sources indicate that the number of militants decreased significantly after the transfer of them to the two countries.
