Afrinpost- Special
The Afrinpost correspondent reported that the explosion of an explosive device took place on the morning of the eleventh of October 2020, targeting the car of the leader of “al-Hamzat Division” militia called “Abu Jaber”, on a road of the village of Brad in Sherawa district, and the operation resulted in his injury while his companion, “Osama Al-Batran”, nicknamed “Abu Zaid”, was killed.
No party has claimed responsibility for this operation until the date of preparing the news. However, the German journalist “Lindsay Snell” published a tweet in which she said that Abu Jaber, one of al-Hamzat leaders appointed by Turkey to recruit fighters and send them to Azerbaijan, was seriously wounded in Mount Brad, as a result of a bomb explosion in his car, adding that one of the militia gunmen believed that the operation was an assassination attempt carried out against him by the relatives of one of the militants who were killed in the battles of Azerbaijan.
Parallel to the explosion of the improvised explosive device, the Turkish occupation forces and their loyal militias targeted the village of Mayasa this morning, in Sherawa district, with artillery and mortar shelling, which resulted in material damage, and no information was received about casualties, as the shelling continues until the time of preparing the news.
