The Turkish occupation arrests two Kurdish men from Afrin, one of them in Istanbul

On October 8, the Turkish occupation intelligence kidnapped “Haitham Haider,” from the village of Hammam, in Jenderes district in the countryside of the occupied Kurdish region of Afrin in northern Syria, and his fate remains unknown until now.

It is worth noting that the man was an English language teacher.

Also, on October 14, the occupation intelligence arrested the citizen, “Walid Mustafa Diki,” from the area of “Shiye / Sheikh Al-Hadid,” in the Turkish city of Istanbul, under the pretext of dealing with the “Autonomous Administration” in the past, and his fate remains unknown until now.

The arrest of Kurdish youths comes with the aim of financial extortion, as arrests and kidnappings continue in the occupied Kurdish region, and include all age groups and are carried out arbitrarily according to ready-made accusations, as last August witnessed an unprecedented record number of citizens who were arrested and kidnapped, reaching 118 people.
