He added that “the most prominent exchange deals that were conducted are the exchange process of handing over the Turkish consul and diplomats in 2014 in exchange for the release of 450 members of the organization, who were detained by the Turkish authorities, most notably Abu Hani Al-Libani, a Danish of Lebanese origin, who is the official of the Industrialization and Development Authority, and others.” .
