Media loyal to the Turkish occupation during its invasion of Afrin and the areas of “Sere Kaniye / Ras al-Ain” and “Gire Spi / Tel Abyad” east of the Euphrates, said that a common checkpoint belonging to the occupation army and its agents from the Islamic militias affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood yesterday, Friday, beat and isnukted a civilian from the people of the “Hammam Al-Turkman” village in the occupied rural Raqqa countryside.
The media sources indicated that the incident took place at the Shariaan checkpoint near one of the Turkish points at the entrance to the city of “Gire Spi \ Tal Abiad” on Friday afternoon, where they confirmed that an officer from the Turkish occupation army and the militants of what is known as the “National Army” had attacked and beat and detained the civilian at the Turkish point for two and a half hours, after which he was released.
Activists circulated on social media, a video clip showing a few armed Brotherhood militants, who insulted a civilian and dragged him to their military vehicle.
The media sources quoted an armed man from the “Ahrar al-Sharqiya militia” as saying that the checkpoint was suspected of carrying a false ID, and it must be confirmed and this was done in a provocative process.
