An Islamic militia seizes the new Bazaar Square .. and installs tents there to rent to fleeing people of Idlib

The Afrinpost learned from its sources inside the occupied Kurdish regional center of Afrin, that the Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood continue to exploit deserters from Idlib Governorate and the western countryside of Aleppo, by seizing and renting public and private properties to them .

The sources confirmed that the “Istaqem kama amart” group affiliated to the militia of the “Al-Shamiya Front” took the new bazaar square “Wednesday Souk” and invested by allowing fleeing from Idlib and the western countryside of Aleppo to set up tents in it for sums of money, noting that the armed group charges for every tent An amount of ten thousand monthly rent for the land.

“Afrinpost” obtained a special image confirming the transformation of the new bazaar square, as well as the jungles of the Al-Mahmoudiyah neighborhood in the city into camps, especially in the Al-Mahmoudiya forest that turned into a large camp after militia militants clearly eliminated pine trees.

More convoys of deserters from Idlib countryside continue to flow to the former autonomous Kurdish region of Afrin, due to the exposure of those areas to Russian shelling and the advance of the regime’s army against the Islamic and jihadist militias of the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood.

In connection with that, on the fourth of February, the local occupation council in the “Bulbula / Bulbul” district appealed to the humanitarian organizations to lend a helping hand to thousands of people fleeing Idlib, announcing that more than eight hundred families have reached the district center and its villages.

According to news observatories and activists working in the occupied region, more than 850 families have arrived to Bulbul district, about 1850 families to the district of Shara / Sharan and 750 families to Raju district, 652 families to Jandares district, 357 families to Shieh district / Sheikh Al-Hadid, and about 470 families To the district of Mu’tali and 400 families to the Shirawa district.

While very large numbers have reached the center of the region, where there is an unprecedented overcrowding in mechanisms and new arrivals, in light of the spread of many informal settlements in the vicinity of the Ashrafieh and Zedieh neighborhoods and on the main roads outside the center.
