The head of the (local council) of the Turkish occupation in Rajo district, removed the chief of the village of Shadia / Shadianli from his position, on charges of planning with other chief to stage a coup against him.
Afrinpost correspondent in the district confirmed that the head of the Occupation Council in the Rajo district called “Fadel Horo, about a month ago, Hassan Refaat, known as“ Refaat Shadia ”, was sacked from the position of chief of Shadia / Shadianli Village, accused of holding meetings with a number of chiefs in his house, in preparation for a coup against the President of the Council.
And since the beginning of the application of its military occupation to the region in March last year, the Turkish occupation formed formal councils affiliated to it in the center of Afrin and its six areas, where its tasks are summarized to legitimize the settlers and gunmen taking over the property of the indigenous population of the displaced Kurds.
On the fifteenth of October, the local council of the Turkish occupation in the Kurdish region of Afrin announced its support for the Turkish invasion of northern Syria, describing this as liberating the regions from “terrorist organizations” in reference to the “Syrian Democratic Forces”.
Occupation councils play a suspicious role represented in the legalization of criminal acts by settlers and militants, by enacting legislation that justifies their robbery and appropriation under false pretenses.
