Today, March 28, the Turkish forces targeted the village of Birj al-Qas in the Sherawa district of Afrin’s countryside, along with positions held by the Syrian regime army in the vicinity of the village, with approximately four airstrikes. The extent of the damage is yet to be determined, while continuous reconnaissance aircraft flights were reported in the area, according to our reporter.
Additionally, the Turkish forces bombarded the villages of Ziywan and Telal al-Anab in the Shahba region of northern Aleppo countryside with heavy artillery.
Yesterday evening, the Turkish forces shelled the surroundings of the villages of Kafr Naya and Sheikh Hilal in the Shahba region of northern Aleppo countryside with heavy artillery, resulting in material damage only.
