According to our sources, Omar Rasho (43 years old) and Nahad Hassan (37 years old) were apprehended on accusations of holding positions within the Autonomous Administration institutions. Additionally, Ziad Rashid Mohammed (48 years old), a drummer, was detained based on his appearance in a video during the Autonomous Administration era. Furthermore, authorities detained a fourth individual from Idlib, whose identity remains undisclosed.
Details regarding the number and identities of other detainees remain scarce at the time of reporting.
This recent operation follows a prior incident on February 15, 2024, where Turkish intelligence and military police militia detained nine individuals, primarily elderly residents of Aghjaleh village, on charges related to their alleged affiliations with the previous Autonomous Administration, according to the Yekiti Kurdistan Party, highlighting ongoing tensions and crackdowns in the region.
