Turkish forces persist in targeting populated villages in the Sherawa district of rural Afrin with heavy artillery. The village of Bênê\Abbin was subjected to intense artillery shelling, with no information available yet on the extent of the damage, according to our reporter in the region.
Additionally, after midnight, Turkish forces stationed at the Scientific Research Base in the occupied city of Azaz targeted the villages of Malkiya and Shawargha in the Sherawa district, as well as Aqiba in Sherawa and Meng, Belonia, Sheikh Issa, and Harbul in the Shahba region of northern Aleppo countryside. Details regarding the extent of the damage remain undisclosed.
