Our reporter in Afrin city stated that Jaish al-Sharqiya militiamen are about to invest in a plot of land located behind Faisal Qaddour School on Jindires Road, owned by Jahid Agha from the village of Julbur, after dividing it into parts and cleaning it of mines, to give it for rent.
On April 9, 2022, the engineering teams began a combing operation in the land of the citizen “Jahid Agha” in order to remove the mines, in preparation for its seizure.
It is reported that an IDP from Homs was killed on January 28, 2019 by a landmine explosion when he was plowing the same land that he had seized, which led to his death directly and the destruction of the agricultural tractor, and since that date no one has dared to enter it.
In that regard, a young man called Ali Hussein from the people of Afrin and from the Arab component received a threat from an armed member belonging to a group called Osso al-Hayani affiliated to “Al-Jabha Al-Shamiya” militia, after he regained his house, which the gunman seized after more than four years.
