Two women seriously injured by Turkish shelling in Shirawa district, Afrin

The Turkish forces stationed in the occupied village of Jalbul shelled this evening, Tuesday, the village of Ibbin\Beneh in Sherawa district of the occupied countryside of Afrin, with artillery and mortar shells.

According to our reporter in Shirawa district, the Turkish forces deliberately shelled this evening the residential neighborhoods in the village of Ibbin\Beneh in Shirawa district, as a result of which (Yasmine Nidal Hassan, 20 years old, and her sister Nisreen, 19 years old, seriously injured as a result of being hit by shrapnel in various locations in their bodies, and they were taken to field hospitals in the city of Tal Rifaat in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

Our reporter added that the shelling also damaged a part of the house of the citizen “Abu Nidal”, amid a state of terror and fear among the local residents.

The reporter indicated that the shelling expanded to include the villages of Maranaz, Shawargha and Tat Marsh in Sharan district, while the Syrian regime forces responded by shelling the Turkish base in Anab village in Shirawa district with mortar shells, without receiving information on the losses until now, and amid continuous flight of Russian reconnaissance planes over the area.

It is worth noting that the Turkish forces have intensified their artillery and missile shelling on the villages of Sherawa district in Afrin countryside, such as the villages of Zaranit, Mayassa, Ibbin, Tal Ajar, Al-Alqmiya, Anab, Teneb, Irshadiya, Tat Marash and Harsh Sughanakeh village in the countryside of Afrin.
