The Turkish-backed militias continue to loot and seize the property of the original Kurdish residents of Afrin under false pretexts, amid the residents’ inability to recover their property.
Our reporter in Afrin said that the Turkish-supported “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia had seized two houses located on the Western Autostrad Street in the occupied city of Afrin, on the pretext that their owners owed the militia a debt of about one hundred thousand dollars.
The two houses are owned by Al-Ghazal family, a family of the Arab component and residing in the village of Bablit – Jindires district.
“An element of the Turkish-supported “Sultan Murad” militia sold, last Thursday, July 7, the house of Fakhri Ibrahim, from the village of Avazeh – Mobata district, for $1,200”, the reporter added.
The house, located in al-Zaydiyah neighborhood in Afrin city, was rented by its owner “Fakhri” to the militia element, but the element vacated and sold the house without the owner’s knowledge.
