“Ahrar al-Sharqiya” beat Kurdish citizen and handed him over to Kawa headquarters in Afrin

A member of the Turkish-backed “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia assaulted, on the evening of Sunday, June 26, a Kurdish citizen, from the village of Dargireh – Mobata district, by beating and detaining him under the pretext of overtaking other car on the public road.

Our reporter stated that the member of the “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia beat the citizen “Abouda”, a public taxi driver, on the pretext of not giving him the road before the old bridge in the occupied city of Afrin.

“Later, the member handed him over to the Kawa security headquarters of the “al-Jabha al-Shamiya” militia on the pretext that he has affiliation with the “Autonomous adminidtration of North and East Syria”, and he was only released after paying $200.” the reporter added.

It is worth mentioning that on June 17, two armed men of “Jaish Al-Sharqiya” militia carried out an armed robbery and assaulted a Kurdish citizen in the village of Sindanka in the district of Jindires in the occupied countryside of Afrin.
