Turkish authorities demand $3,000 to release two Kurds in Syria’s Afrin

“The Turkish authorities in Afrin, northern Syria, are demanding a ransom of $3,000 from the families of two young Kurdish men in exchange for their release.

Our sources confirmed that the pro-Turkey “Civil Police” militia is demanding a ransom of $1000 from the family of the 21-year-old citizen “Muhammad Tobal”, who is from Jenderes town and arrested a month ago, in exchange for his release.

The Turkish authorities demanded the family of “Siwar Brimo” for two thousand dollars in exchange for his release.

“The 27-year-old “Brimo” is from the village of Iska, Shirawa district, and was arrested for more than a month and a half, as the information provided by his relatives indicates that he is imprisoned in Maratha prison.” the sources added.
