On July 13, last night, the Turkish forces targeted, with mortars and heavy artillery, the villages and towns of Sherawa sub-district in Afrin countryside.
According to our correspondent in the area, the intense artillery shelling coincided with violent clashes between the Afrin Liberation Forces and the Turkish-backed Jabhat al-Shamiya militia on the occupied Basilê/ Baslahaya village axis.
The reporter indicated that the Turkish shelling resulted in material damage, and that the shelling continued until the late hours of Wednesday night.
