A Kurdish citizen submitted a request to the “Rights Restitution Committee” formed by Turkey, to return his house, which was seized by a Turkish-backed militant, but it refused to decide on his request and expelled him from its office.
In the details, the Kurdish citizen (Kh.A) from the village of Qestelê Kişk, of Sharan sub-district, submitted a request to the “Rights Restitution Committee” in the city of Afrin, with the aim of restoring his house located in the vicinity of Al-Qabban Roundabout, which is seized by an armed member of the Turkish-backed “Al-Jabha al-Shamiya” militia – Abu Wakeel al-Homsi group, however, it refused to register his request and expelled him from its office, demanding him not to trigger the file again.
In a related context, 50 Kurdish families from the town of Bulbul, who currently live in rented houses within the occupied region of Afrin, are still waiting to return to their seized homes, despite the passage of more than a year since they submitted a request to the Turkish authorities about this.

It is worth noting that more than 135 families from the people of Bulbul sub-district and the nearby villages live in rented houses in the city of Afrin because they were prevented from returning to their homes in the district center and its villages by Turkish-backed militias, and therefore these families have remained in the city of Afrin to date. Meanwhile, their houses were seized by IDPs from Homs, including about 600 Turkmen families, in addition to IDPs from Hayyan town.
