On Wednesday, Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry called on the Turkish forces to leave Syrian territory, indicating that absorbing the Syrian national opposition would reduce the intensity of the conflict so that Syria could get out of the ongoing war for safety.
This came during a speech delivered by the Egyptian Foreign Minister at the meeting of Arab foreign ministers at the 155th session of the Arab League Council.
Shukri said that the political solution should proceed with the exit of all foreign forces from all Syrian lands, foremost of which is the Turkish occupation and tireless work, in order to refute the terrorist organizations whose flame extends to burn everything in the region.
