A ten-year-old child was killed today, Saturday, as a result of a ground mine explosion, while he was grazing sheep in the Afrin River basin in the center of the occupied Afrin region in northern Syria.
The afrinpost reporter reported that a mine exploded when a child was grazing his sheep in the vicinity of the Afrin River fromAl-Boubna neighborhood side in Al-Zaydiyah neighborhood in the city, which he was injured then transferred to a hospital in the city, but he died. While it was not possible to determine his identity.
It is worth noting, that an explosive device planted in a car exploded in Mahmoudiya neighborhood on the evening of Wednesday, March 17th, which resulted in wounding two people.
