“Failaq al-Rahman” militia cuts down olive trees in vicinity of Qibar camp to sells them as firewood

afrinpost correspondent said that armed men of “fsailaq al-Rahman” militia affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood organization, regularly cut olive trees from the fields surrounding the Qibar camp, and transport loggers by motorbikes to Afrin to sell them in a shopping center located in the vicinity of the “Bilal” mosque, in al-Ashrafieh neighborhood.

The correspondent added that the cutting work affected an olive field located between the village of Qibar and Mariamin, owned by the displaced Kurdish citizen (Hassan Hassan) who is residing in Germany.

In the same context, “al-Hamzat” militia rented an olive field, located on the Kafarshil-Afrin road, with 200 trees for a settler from the city of Khan Sheikhoun, knowing that the ownership of the field belongs to the family of Hassan Effendi, and it leased agricultural land in the same area is for two thousand US dollars, and the duration of the contract is two years.
