During the past week, the Turkish occupation authorities released 7 kidnapped women, including three sisters from the village of Juqeh / Jwaiq, Afrin region center.

According to the Kurdish legal body, the “military police” militia released on Thursday, 10/12/2010, 3 sisters who had been arrested about a month ago, and they are: (1 Lina Fahim Rasho, 2 Hamida Fahim Rasho, 3 Yasmina Fahim Rasho).

On Thursday 10/12/2020, the Military Police Militia of the Turkish occupation released two citizens, Haifa Al-Jasem and Rukan Manla, from the Marateh central prison, about 29 months after her abduction.

Haifa appeared in the video during the storming of the militia forces of the Army of Islam and Ahrar al-Sham) to the headquarters of al-Hamzat militia on 5/28/2020, after acts of violence and shooting from both sides.

The young woman, Haifa, from the people of the village of Bablit, was arrested in June 2018 on charges of working for the former “Autonomous Administration” institutions, as she worked as a nurse in the “Avrin” hospital before the occupation of Afrin, and her father filed a complaint with the Turkish authorities about the arrest of his daughter Haifa. However, the Turkish authorities in Afrin denied any connection or knowledge of the matter. Her father spent huge sums searching for her and visited the various prison facilities, without any result.

Observers believe that the release of the kidnapped women comes after their file has become the content of many reports of international human rights organizations, but the campaigns of arrests and kidnappings are still continuing, especially against women.
