Today, Tuesday, the Turkish occupation forces renewed their shelling with mortar shells on the village of Baylounieh in Shahba areas, where more than ten shells have so far fallen on the village, while the shelling continues, according to the Afrinpost correspondent in the region.
The correspondent confirmed that the Turkish artillery shelling has been repeated almost daily on the area.
In a related context, the “Afrin Liberation Forces” today, in a statement, claimed the implementation of military operations against the Turkish occupation forces on 11-12-14 of this month, including sniper operations that killed armed occupation militants.
It also claimed the operation of detonating an explosive device in a Turkish military convoy on Kafar Shele Road, which resulted in the injury of 4 Turkish occupation army soldiers, two of them were seriously injured, according to the statement.
