“Sultan Murad” militia seizes 146 thousand olive trees in the villages of Bulbul district

The Turkish occupation militias and the Muslim Brotherhood continue to implement the occupation policy of carrying out looting and seizing the properties of Kurds.

Afrinpost correspondent reported that the so-called “Abu Othman”, the economic official in the “Sultan Murad” militia, has seized 146 thousand olive trees since the occupation of Afrin region, and olive trees are distributed over a large number of fields in the following villages of Bulbul sub-district: Quta (Qutanli) – Bibaka – Abla (Abla Ushagi) – Qastla – Korzelia – Ashhuna Kariye – Ahmed Agha – Jolqa (Jolqali), Miha – Bulbul – Qurta (Qurt Ushagi) – Qasha (Qash Ushagi).

The seizure of the olive trees comes after the visit of the so-called Nasr al-Hariri to the occupied Afrin region and the formation of the so-called “Restitution of Rights Committee,” which is a mock committee that included in its membership a number of armed leaders who themselves seize the property of the citizens of Afrin.

It is noteworthy that the current olive harvest season, which is full of acts of plunder and theft in various methods (royalties on trees, direct theft from the fields, theft on the roads, the theft of oil from the press).
