Afrinpost – Special
The Militias in Afrin prevail their way in all the details of life in the occupied Kurdish region of Afrin in northern Syria, and it transcends the military militias, to be in the security and judicial institutions, so the court that released citizens is retreating in order to get money.
In the details, the correspondent of “Afrinpost” stated that on Tuesday the twenty-ninth of last September, a court belonging to the militants ruled nine arbitrarily detained Kurdish citizens to pay 1,500 Turkish liras, under the name of a fine, and their status was settled on the basis for the payment of 500 Turkish liras, and their release after that.
However, the court later retracted and asked them to pay 1,000 Turkish liras, or to stay in prison for a period of three months. On this basis, the “military police” militia gives citizens the choice between paying a sum of 1,000 pounds to prison or imprisonment for a period of three months.
The arrested citizens are: 1- Ahmed Kousa, 2 Muhammad Sido, 3 Mustafa Sido, 4 Abdo Abbas, 5 Najm al-Din Battal, 6-Arif Kaku, 7-Asaad Khalil, 8-Ismat Naasu, 9 Muhammad Bashir Ibrahim.
The Islamic militias affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, under the instructions and guidance of the Turkish occupation intelligence, are restricting the remaining indigenous Kurdish residents in the occupied Afrin region, in order to push them to leave their homes for settlers from the families of the militants.
