Today, the Turkish occupation intelligence arrested a Kurdish young man from his home in the center of Mobata / Maabatli district in the countryside of the occupied region of Afrin in northern Syria, on charges of working for the former Autonomous Administration, according to the Afrinpost reporter.
The correspondent explained that Turkish intelligence agents arrested the young man, Muhammad Haji Hassan, and took him to its headquarters in the town, indicating that the Turkish intelligence service plans to transfer him to Afrin city center on Tuesday.
On September 13, 2020, the district center witnessed a campaign of arrests of Kurdish citizens, carried out by members of the Turkish intelligence on charges of dealing with the previous Autonomous Administration, and the kidnapped were:
- Imad Khanjar, son of Hussein (local council employee)
2. Ibrahim Sidqi (municipality worker in the local council)
3. Shukri Hamoto, son of Hassan (local council transportation oficer)
4. Izzat, from the village of Merkan, deputy director of education in the local council of the district. He was released hours after his kidnapping, while the three citizens remained in detention at the time.
Last August witnessed an unprecedented record in the number of citizens who were subjected to arrest and kidnapping, and this number included citizens of all age groups, including the elderly, women and children, while the charges are fixed and include the relationship with the Autonomous Administration or the Syrian Democratic Forces.
